You are warmly and excitedly invited to the Waud Wines 2015 Summer Portfolio Tasting which is being held this year at one of our very favourite venues; Café a Vin in Spital Square.
Situated next door to La Chapelle, Café a Vin’s heated and covered garden terrace is a smart and friendly environment to come and enjoy 18 splendid wines, expertly chosen by the Waud Wines tasting panel.
This gorgeous venue was awarded a Michelin Bib-Gourmand in 2011 and so you will also be treated to a selection gastronomic delights in the form of delicious canapés, selected to accompany the wines showcased on the evening.
Among the wines available at this exclusive event are new additions to our portfolio from recently discovered houses, amongst them will be a full range tasting of our new partner vineyard Domaine du Grand Chemin and the most recent release of Kevin Judd’s Greywacke from Marlborough. The tasting will take you through our newest French listings, to our favourite premium Spanish wines, and on to Italy, New Zealand and South Africa to give you a snapshot of the latest Waud Wines portfolio and a glimpse of some of the new ventures we are embarking on this year.
For this event only, we are offering single bottle sales on some of our premium wines, giving you the opportunity to purchase small amounts of top end wines for your ever developing cellar, but it is cash sales only so pad your purse before you arrive.
