We finished off the week with a fabulous wine tasting event at Macfarlanes LLP last night. We had some fantastic wine on offer from many different places including Champagne de Castelnau, Château Gaudrelle from Loire, Vondeling in South Africa, Chateau Musar in Lebanon and Torbreck from Barossa Valley in Australia.

We had the pleasure of hosting this event for Macfarlanes as a social and team bonding experience for their employees. There was an excellent turn out and everyone had an enjoyable evening. We even threw in a ‘mystery wine’ where each person had the chance to win a bottle by guessing whether the wine was:

1) From Old World or New World
2) From France, Spain, Argentina or Australia
3) From Barossa Valley, Mendoza, Rioja or Rhone
4) Malbec, Tempranillo, Syrah or Grenache
5) Finally, picking the year between 2005, 2009, 2013 or 2017
